yeah, 1 week have passed by where i start exercise everyday & control my diet.. seriously i'm now in depressed state.. i purposely start exercise again because i have gain 2kg.... this is so not good.. few months back i didn't really care to exercise or watch my diet bcoz my weight is still under control.. but now it is not anymore... T_T
the starting week is really not easy.. exercise may not be a problem to me but food is really BIG problem.. i tried to avoid heavy meals, drink lots of water, try to increase intake of fruit & veg... declining invitation of eating out is really the most depressed thing.. huh.. this week i had declined 2 invitation out of 3... =(
